Vintage FDR Memorial Plate. This heavy blue and white china plate features Franklin Delano Roosevelt. It is Old English Staffordshire Ware and was made in Staffordshire England by Simpsons (Potters) Ltd. Underneath FDR in the center of the plate is his name and the years 1882-1945. The outer rim of the plate has blue and white flowers on it. The plate is approx. 10" across. It is in good condition with no chips or cracks. There is some wear to the plate along with some discolorations.
