Woodward Lothrop of Washington framed the painting. There is some slight warping of the watercolor paper. The framing paper is falling apart and coming off the frame. The frame has some discolorations and wear and aging.

There are "pottery vases on the mantle and the floor. A rifle and cookware are hung over the fireplace. There is a teapot on the fire in the fireplace. There is an open window with curtains and a plaque which says God Bless Our Home. The artwork was made in Hong Kong. It is approx. 14" x 10 1/2". It is not flat, it comes to a corner behind the rocking chair. It has normal wear and aging. There is a hole in the metal of the fireplace.
