Antique Aladdin Book. This antique hardcover children's book is a copy of Aladdin or the Wonderful Lamp, Alil Baba and the Forty Robbers. The book is profusely illustrated. It was published by Worthington Co, New York, copyrighted 1889. A handwritten inscription in the book is dated 1892. It is approx. 10" x 7 1/2"


This book is in rough shape. The covers are separated with damage. The pages are loose, torn, stained, browned with some writing. The story begins on page 52. Ali Baba starts on page 89.

It was published by Hurst & Company, New York. There is no publication/copyright date in the book. However, there is a handwritten inscription dating the book to 1896.


The book is approx. 9 3/4" x 7 1/2" with 82 pages. It is in rather rough shape. The covers are separated and damaged. There are some pages that are loose as well. The pages are browned with some staining. There is hand writing in the book.

Hold The Fort ABC Book.  This hardcover book is copyrighted 1896.  It was published by Juvenile Publishing.  The book contains melodies and rhymes from the Memorable Writings of Mother Goose.  It is illustrated through out with engravings from original designs.  The covers have been reattached but is still falling apart.  They are loosely holding on.  There is wear and tear to the covers and the spine.  The pages are yellowed and have staining.  There is also tears through out the book.  This book was much loved.  There is some writing within.

It also includes Amusing Tales of Animals and Pets.  The book is by Marion Greenwood and is superbly embellished with many Superb Engravings.  It was published by Juvenile Publishers and copyrighted in 1902.  The book is in good condition.  It has wear and tear along with staining and discolorations.  The corners and edges are bumped.  There is writing and coloring inside the book.  There is tearing of the pages.
