Vintage Parrot Wall Pocket. This vintage ceramic wall pocket features a parrot or similar bird in a tree. The hanging wall vase or planter is approx. 6 3/4" long x 3" across the top. It is in good used condition. There is some wear, aging and crazing. The inside and back has staining from prior use. It is marked Made in Japan.

Vintage Bird on Branch Planter. This parrot planter was made in Japan. It is pottery/ceramic. The bird is a purplish red with blue. It is perched on a branch which comes around to the front of the planter and has a purplish red flower with yellow center. The planter is approx. 8" to the top of the bird, 5 1/2" wide, 2 3/4" across. The base of the planter is approx. 3 1/4" tall. This planter has a lot of wear and crazing. There is some cracking under the bird where he meets the base. I have tried to picture this. There is also a very old chip on the rim of the planter. It has been used which is evident with the darkening/staining inside the planter.
