Aurora Silver Cracker Jar. This antique metal cracker jar was made by Aurora. It was most likely silver plated at one time. It has a handle which I believe is copper and brass. The word Crackers and some leaves have been engraved across the front of the jar. It is approx. 8" tall to the top of the lid, the bowl is approx. 4 1/2" tall with an opening of approx. 4 3/4". It is in good condition for its age. There is wear, aging and loss of the plating. There is some dinging and scratching. It has not been polished so there is patina and some tarnishing.
