Vintage Lefton Creamer and Sugar. This vintage porcelain creamer and sugar bowl set features a pinkish red rose chintz pattern. The set is marked Lefton Hand Painted, 663R. The creamer is approx. 2 1/2" tall x 4" from handle to spout. The sugar bowl is approx. 2" tall and 5" from handle to handle. It is missing its lid. There is wear, aging and some staining to the set.
