Vintage Sewing Tricks Book. This vintage paperback book is a purse or pocket size book. It is the Complete Guide for the Homemaker, Sewing Tricks, a Globe Mini Mag. The book has 64 pages of tips and tricks to enable you to look better and save money. It was copyrighted in 1984. The book is approx. 5" x 3 1/2". It is in good condition with wear, aging and some slight staining. There is some bumping and creasing to the book as well.

Antique Singer Sewing Machine Box. This wooden box is made from Oak. I believe it is meant to hold Singer Sewing Machine Parts. It is marked patented 1889 February 19. It is approx. 6 1/2" x 3 1/2" x 3 1/4" folded up. Once opened it is approx. 12" x 6 1/2" x 1 5/8" tall. There is wear and some staining/fading to the wood box. The inside velvet is a blue color and has extreme wear and staining. There are no parts included with this box.

Vintage Dell Purse Book. This little purse size book is 3500 Names For Baby. Boys' and Girls' names plus every meaning and origin. It was published in 1969. The booklet is approx. 5 1/8" x 3 1/2". It is in good condition. There is yellowing and creasing of the covers along with some tearing on the spine. The pages have yellowed over time and there is some scribbling inside.

Twelve different departments are included in this book. They range from treating of home occupations to social relations. It also includes papers by Eminent Authorities on home decorations and the sick room. The book is appropriately illustrated and was published by Interantional Publishing Company in 1893. There is typical aging, wear and tear of book this old. The book does have some stainings, discolorations and small tearing of the pages. There is writing inside. The spine is coming loose as well.
