Vintage Blue Ice Cream Scoop. This is a vintage ice cream scoop. The handle is a blue plastic with the scoop part being metal. It is stamped Japan. The ice cream scoop is approx. 8" long with a 2 3/8" scoop. It is in good condition. There is wear and aging along with some tarnishing of the metal. The blue plastic does have some fading and some staining.
